Service & Conduct
The services offered by Sensatrix are for adult individuals who are seeking consensual, luxurious, and empowering experiences. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not align with the values of Sensatrix, including but not limited to lack of respect, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of boundaries.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
* Booking: All sessions require advance booking with a pre-agreed time and service.

* Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Any late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

* Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us with adequate notice. We will try our best to accommodate.
Payments Terms ​​​​​​​​​​​
All payments for services are to be paid in person. Sensatrix does not accept electronic payments at this time. Payment is requested upon arrival at the scheduled appointment time, and failure to pay will result in session termination. No refund will be provided once the session has started.
Safety & Consent ​​​
Consent is the foundation of every session at Sensatrix. Boundaries will be discussed and respected before each session. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any form of coercion, aggression, or disrespect.
Health & Wellness
Please ensure you are in good health when attending your session. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, you must inform us prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to cancel a session if any health concerns arise. ​​​​
Client Expectations
Sensatrix provides a luxurious, professional, and indulgent experience. We expect clients to behave in a manner that reflects this. If your behaviour does not meet the standard of our services, we may choose to terminate the session immediately. ​​​​​
Liability Disclaimer
By participating in any service with Sensatrix, you agree to assume full responsibility for your personal well-being and safety. Sensatrix will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after the session. ​​​

Sensatrix reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and the updated terms will be available on the website. ​​​​​​​
