Booking & Cancellation Policy
* Booking: All sessions require advance booking with a pre-agreed time and service.
* Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Any late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
* Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us with adequate notice. We will try our best to accommodate.
Payments Terms
All payments for services are to be paid in person. S.oft does not accept electronic payments at this time. Payment is requested upon arrival at the scheduled appointment time, and failure to pay will result in session termination. No refund will be provided once the session has started.
Online payments may be considered through direction.
Safety & Consent
Consent is the foundation of every session at S.oft. Boundaries will be discussed and respected before each session. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any form of coercion, aggression, or disrespect.
Health & Wellness
Please ensure you are in good health when attending your session. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, you must inform us prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to cancel a session if any health concerns arise.
